Q: What kind of maple products do you have?

A: We have various maple products including maple syrup in different glass bottles, maple chocolates (four flavors), maple cookies, maple candy (three flavors), maple tea (three flavors), maple coffee, maple fudge, maple lollipops, and maple caramel. 

Q: I’m interested in indigenous culture and arts. Do you have relevant products?

A: Of course! We have art cards, bookmarks, coloring books, coasters, fridge magnets, mugs, journals, notebooks, plates, and tote bags! The products were designed by indigenous artists and each design conveys a special message from the artist.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes! Free shipping over $99 across Canada!

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes! Currently U.S. customers are able to directly purchase on our website. If you are located in other countries, please contact us before you place the order.

 

Q: I would like to purchase some of your products. However, they are out of stock or in low stock. Can I pre-order them?

A: Absolutely! Usually it may take 21-28 business days to restock products. If you are able to wait, please place a pre-order on our website. We’ll send you a notification email when it’s ready!
